Our mission
The Student ministry at First Baptist Church is a place where students in grades 8-12 can foster relationships through fellowship with one another, dive into the Bible, deepen their own relationship with God, and of course, have tons of fun! As your children grow into young men and women, we hope you find a home at First Baptist Church and in the Youth ministry. We have many opportunities for students to become involved in our community, carrying out our church’s mission statement, "seeking His heart, being His hands."Our volunteers
Student ministry is all volunteer based. If you are interested in investing some time and energy into helping teens grow in their faith, please let us know. We have needs for volunteers of all talents and time commitments whether that be teaching on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings, offering your home for a Bible study or fellowship activity, chaperoning week-long camps or a one-night event.
